Hi, I’m a co-founder and CTO of QNC GmbH in Hannover, Germany. Through QNC, I create web products that make it easier for people to solve their legal and tax problems. Call us the “peace-of-mind” company.
I live in Ottawa, Canada and tend to do my work from the comfort of wherever my macbook happens to be. It likes to travel to Toronto, New York, Tenerife, and Germany on a fairly frequent basis.
I hold a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and am currently working on an LLB at the University of Ottawa.
This blog is about coding for the web, security on the web and improving the way people solve their problems. As the tech guy in a tech company, I’ve become comfortable with hosting, servers, design, open source, coding, databases, scripts, styles, communities, search engine marketing, content management systems, web analytics, social marketing, banging my head against the wall and EBITDA.
